Democrats Miss Their Call to Action
Voters strung along by Democrats. For 49 years, elected Democrats have sold one of the biggest and longest lies ever told to their very own voters. They sold their base on the idea that a court ruling established and protected a right. Court rulings do not establish law, and they are meant to be the reason that lawmakers create a law. Laws establish and or protect something as a right, and or establish a precedent to rule against something as not being a right. Supreme court rulings are a call to action by lawmakers. Democrats failed their voters in a 49-year-long call to action.
Some people believe abortion is a right. Abortion is not a right, and it never was! Nor should it ever be. Roe vs. Wade was never a law, it was a court ruling made in 1973. Roe vs. Wade set a precedent that past and present Congresses to either write a law for or against the court ruling. Now, after almost 50 years of a different Congress every 4 years, none of them ever got a bill to a President’s desk to either back up that court ruling or preferably nullify it.
President Biden is part of the problem. He and the other Democrats have had years to create and try to pass a law that would make abortion a right. The SCOTUS ruling is a victory for America, President Trump, and President Reagan’s legacy. With an already low approval rating, Americans couldn’t be any less happy with Biden.
10 years after Biden became part of Congress and after Roe vs. Wade, Ronald Reagan vowed to overturn Roe vs. Wade saying:
Reagan knew abortion is wrong. Even though President Reagan nominated a conservative SCOTUS, they did not succeed in overturning Roe vs. Wade.
A SCOTUS That Respects State Rights

Plain and simple, if Biden and Democrats wanted a court ruling to become law, they could have passed such a law within the timespan of 49 years. Instead of doing so, they put abortion clinics in low-income neighborhoods and created the crime bill that eliminated rehabilitation that separated families, and this affected communities of color the most.
Democrats have known all this time that most conservatives not only opposed the Supreme Court ruling but that most have vowed to get it overturned. If Democrats valued abortion as a right, they would have worked hard, created a Bill, and protected it with a law. Democrats have done nothing but virtue signal that it is a right without actually ever establishing it as one, and they’ve had Biden’s career length to get it done. Democrats Fall Short of Being Proactive and Their Real Enemy is…
Conservatives support real pro-activism. It’s crazy to conservatives that liberals aren’t proactive before pregnancy. It doesn’t take much brain power to factor in things such as knowing the ovulation cycle, using adequate contraception, postponing sex until a trip to a clinic that gives them out is made, or simply going to the store where contraceptives can be purchased. Preventative healthcare begins with being proactive and having awareness of cause and effect; especially with things that have natural consequences. Yet liberals who support abortion are of this mindset that abortion is preventative. That is a lie.
While liberals chant every precinct, every town, they once again fail to identify who is truly responsible for not putting into law what they believed to be a right. Who is to blame? It’s not the United States Supreme Court, outraged Democrats should be pointing the finger at their very own lawmakers. If anyone failed them at all, it’s those they elected, as Democrats continuously vote for their own enemy.
