Here’s the scoop. Four U.S. Representatives Rodney Davis (R-IL), Jim Jordan (R-OH), James Comer (R-TN) and Devin Nunes (R-CA) sent a letter to Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi asking the following questions:
- When then-Chief Sund made a request for national guard support on January 4th, why was that request denied?
- Did Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving get permission or instruction from your staff on January 4th prior to denying Chief Sund’s request for the national guard?
- What conversations and what guidance did you and your staff give the Sergeant at Arms leading up to January 6th specific to the security posture of the campus?
- What conversations did you have during the attack on the Capitol and what response did you give security officials on January 6th when Chief Sund requested National Guard support that required your approval?
- Why are your House Officers refusing to comply with preservation and production requests to turn over request materials relevant to the events of January 6th?
In response to these questions, Nancy Pelosi played the partisan attack victim card, and avoided answering the questions, and according to Forbes, Drew Hammill, Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff said, “Clearly, these Members are trying to deflect responsibility for the Capitol attack from Donald Trump. We look forward to these Ranking Members asking these same questions of former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.”
As we mentioned in our article “House Madam Independent Commission Of Capitol Guise For Third Impeachment Trial?” Nancy Pelosi is going to have an independent commission investigate the Capitol raid of January 6th, 2021 to get to the bottom of what happened. Well according to what the public can gather from these articles, Washington Post, again the Washington Post, and another Forbes article, every layer of Government available of granting a request to deploy support–which includes those under the wing of Nancy Pelosi–are responsible for the delays in deploying the National Guard.
Why do you think the mainstream media doesn’t put a direct link to the letter the US Representatives sent to Nancy Pelosi? All she had to do was answer the questions, and park her sensitive feelings. That’s called being an adult and coping. Is Nancy Pelosi pointing the finger at her political opposition so we don’t question her? We sent our US Representatives to question her, and we all saw how that worked out for us right? Do we need a 9/11 style commission to investigate Nancy Pelosi? Were the delays she may be responsible for an opportunity to allow the biggest possible smear of her opposition? You get to do your own research on that, and decide.
