As documented and published by the US Government’s National Institutes of Health, Dr. Jochanan Benbassat is on the record for a publication titled, “Obtaining a second opinion is a neglected source of health care inequalities“.
Stop and think about that for just a moment… Let’s just focus on that word inequalities. The word inequality has become a mantra among who? Hint: It’s not Republicans.
Okay so in the spirit of addressing healthcare inequalities… Is it not ironic and downright hypocritical that the US Federal & State Governments, who promote secondary opinions on one hand, send out a loud and clear message that you are not entitled to one?
In what ways are the US Federal & State Government ensuring you receive inequality in the healthcare you receive? Failure to take a stand against those who penalize or undermine those who provide us our so called right to a second opinion. Just for starters.
State governments are undermining the peoples efforts to get a secondary opinion. This is why you won’t have good luck finding a doctor on social media or mainstream media giving you advice that is critical of the vaccines or guidance issued by the CDC as it pertains to the mask mandate. Healthcare providers who provide anything that goes against their state Government directed guidance can and do face consequences.
At the bottom of this article we will provide you with links to articles that show just a few of the States who discipline doctors who dare to ensure their patients receive equality in the healthcare they receive.
But first, we are going to call out a trusted fact-checking website for bold face lying to people in their article, “No, doctors won’t lose their licenses for saying ‘anything bad’ about COVID-19 vaccines“. What makes their fact-checking false or misleading? When you go to read our example articles below, you’ll realize that doctors (in some states) whose medical opinion go against the vaccines, have their medical advice classified as misinformation, which is ‘anything but good’ and thus because it is not good, this advice falls under the scope of ‘anything bad’, as healthcare professionals are in fact losing their license for this. So… Yes, doctors (not all) will lose their licences to for saying ‘anything not good’ about COVID-19 vaccines.
As far as why not all doctors face losing their license, doctors are licensed by their respective state medical boards, and ironically, conservative states are the ones respecting medical freedom and give the appearance of caring about inequality in healthcare; at least as it relates to COVID-19.
As we clearly outlined, unless we are talking about anything but COVID-19, people across the United States have a right to a second opinion. Our government on one hand promotes and encourages it in the name of ensuring patients do not experience inequality in healthcare, but then on the other hand, many of our states and our federal government fail miserably in taking a stand against and indeed for breaching this so called right.
Dr. Jochanan Benbassat was on point in his publication. He stated, “In summary, the main finding of these surveys was that a second opinion disagreed with the first one in a substantial proportion of patients. The main limitation of these surveys is the absence of a gold standard that would identify “correct” opinions. Still, it is widely agreed that patients have a right to an independent second opinion and, in case of divergent opinions, to deliberate and choose the option that they believe is most consistent with their individual preferences.“
The government dared to put a publication up that clearly states we have a right to a second opinion. However the US Federal Government is not taking a stand against states that infringe upon this right. In fact we only have one lifetime appointed White House advisor giving the entire nations his medical opinion, and we have a government that seems apathetic and or agenda driven to ensure that we only get the one opinion they want us to have.
So is this why DirecTV has announced that there will be no renewal for One America News? OAN is after all a television network that dares to give people views different from that of our seemingly state run, corporately operated, sponsorship strong-armed, ever growing leftist mainstream media. Must not really be a matter of cancel culture if OAN simply isn’t being considered for renewal… Or is it?
It turns out that the biggest name in getting elements of culture canceled, Media Matters. They have been in fact doing their best to cancel OAN. Whatever DirecTV’s motives may be, this is just yet another example of behavior that lends to the conspiracy that there just may be a Deep State in the United States.
And last but not least, doctors are only going to give you the news that they are allowed or able to comfortably give you, or that they desire to give you for their own reasons. Any principled doctors and or nurses that opposed vaccine mandates are no longer practicing. No longer do we have inequality in second opinions and see inequality in our news, but now comes the concern that the remaining healthcare providers do not share views with their patients. The unvaccinated frontline heroes, those who risked their lives since the pandemic began, they are no longer there to make patients feel assured that they’ll get the best possible care from someone who shares their views. Inequality exemplified.
