Biden Under Investigation: DOJ Finds More Classified Documents

The media is awful quiet on Biden’s crime, and as you may have read about in other news articles, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has been investigating Joe Biden for the other classified documents discovered by his attorneys. You may have heard they seized more classified documents from the Wilmington, Delaware home of President Joe Biden on Friday January 20th, 2023. According to an attorney for the DOJ, six more classified documents were discovered during a 12-hour search, bringing the total number of classified documents found to an unknown but very significant number.
Fact: The term investigation is used when law enforcement is looking in to whether a crime was committed. NONE of America’s so-called reporters are saying what crime Joe Biden is suspected of committing.
Heated Political Debate Erupts Over Biden’s Classified Documents
A heated response from both sides of the political spectrum has been ignited, with Republicans accusing the Biden administration of being “irresponsible” in their handling of classified documents, while Democrats have defended the President and criticized the DOJ’s actions as a politically motivated witch hunt. How does it feel to be hunted like a witch Democrats? Asking for a friend…
Senate Minority Whip Has Feelings
Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), who assumed the position of Senate Minority Whip has come out in support of the Biden administration, stating that “there is no evidence of any wrongdoing” and that the seizure of the documents is a “blatant political attack” on the President.
Valid Concern Over Unauthorized Possession of Documents
However, Republicans such as Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio) have expressed concern about Biden’s unauthorized storage and possession of classified materials, with Turner stating on CBS’ “Face the Nation” that “the American people have a right to know how classified information is being handled by their government.”
All of this began after the DOJ received a referral from the FBI, the most highly respected and trusted federal law enforcement agency on Twitter. As of now, it is unclear what the seized documents contain, and the DOJ has yet to comment on the specifics of the case.
Tears and Truthful Rejection met with Projection
Biden’s negligence has the Democrats crying about the previous administration of President Donald Trump, but thankfully Republican Rep. Devin Nunes did an interview with NewsMax where he stated “the difference between the way the DOJ handled classified documents under Trump and the way they’re being handled under Biden is night and day.”
While the matter is investigated, it remains to be seen what will come of the seized documents and the broader investigation into the classified materials found on Biden’s property.
With the future being unknown comes further calls for transparency and accountability, and making one of those calls is James Comer (R-Ky.) who appeared on NewsMax and said, “the American people deserve to know if their President and his administration are mishandling sensitive information.”
The calls for this have been met with resistance from Democrats, with Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) stating on ABC News that “the key thing that separates the handling of classified documents by President Biden and President Trump is that President Biden has not been found to have mishandled or mishandled in any way.”
Biden Sparks Debate over Classified Information Storage and Transparency
Joe Biden’s negligence has sparked a heated political debate over the storage and access of classified information by our government and the transparency and accountability of the current administration.
The Department of Justice has yet to comment on the specifics of the case, and it is unclear how they were obtained by the President. Some sources suggest that the documents may have been removed from government facilities without proper authorization.
Politicization of Classified Information Investigation
Both sides of the political spectrum are using this misconduct to further their own agendas. Republicans have been quick to point fingers at the Biden administration, accusing them of mishandling classified documents and putting national security at risk, while Democrats have been quick to defend the President, calling the investigation a politically motivated witch hunt. Hmm… That sure sounds familiar doesn’t it?
No matter which side of the aisle you sit, we all have a right to know the outcome of this investigation and any potential implications there may be for national security. If the investigation reveals any wrongdoing, those responsible should be held accountable to the maximum extent allowed by law. On the other hand, if the investigation finds no evidence of wrongdoing, the public should be informed of this as well.
The Crime
An investigation into whether Joe Biden committed espionage or worse, disclosed classified information, must be conducted. If Joe Biden is found guilty of violating the Espionage Act, he should be impeached. The Espionage Act of 1917 makes it a crime to disclose classified information to unauthorized individuals or to retain classified information with the intent to harm the United States. The law applies to both government employees and private citizens. Because the alleged crime of espionage being investigated involves a suspect President who is not considered current or former military personnel, he cannot face military tribunal.
Biden took executive actions to make it even easier for national security secrets to be leaked to China. In February 2022, he canceled a counter-espionage program called the China Initiative. The program was designed to eliminate the threat of our national security secrets making it into the hands of the Chinese government. Biden’s White House decided the program was racist and ended it. Since February of last year, the Chinese government has been empowered to spy and steal from the United States with impunity.
The Punishment
In conclusion, if President Biden is impeached by the House of Representatives due to “high crimes and misdemeanors,” and it goes on to the Senate for trial, and the Senate votes to convict the President, he can be arrested after office, like any other citizen. Regardless of whether Biden is impeached or not, our government and those running it have a lot to do to re-earn the trust of the American people.
