Is the mainstream media colluding with the Deep State to keep the hate for President Trump fresh in the minds of those who hate him? If they are, they are being very sloppy about it, and we’ll cover that for you here.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is suing (monetary damages) President Trump in civil court (not criminal court) alleging he incited the (pre-planned) insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Pay close attention to the language used by the mainstream media…
Wow! So the mainstream media, and this Congressman are colluding to pervert the event at the Capitol, citing that right-wing groups such as the Proud Boys & Oath Keepers conspired to violate the Ku Klux Clan Act of 1871. But is there an actual act of legislation called Ku Klux Clan Act? Or is the mainstream media misinforming you?

Well isn’t that interesting… The Senate.gov website didn’t mention the Ku Klux Klan act. So what’s going on here?!
We found that History.com actually states, “With passage of the Third Force Act, popularly known as the Ku Klux Act, Congress authorizes President Ulysses S. Grant to declare martial law, impose heavy penalties against terrorist organizations and use military force to suppress the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).”
In other words the mainstream media, along with the NAACP appear to be driving a narrative. Why? Just because it’s popular, and it sounds cool to do so? Or perhaps to control and influence what we think? We’ll cover that! This is how Democrats and the mainstream media re-write history.
The hands of the left are not clean historically. As a matter of historical record, Democrats fought to insure a future for America that continued the policies of slavery and racism. Recently they passed a House Resolution to ban statues and busts that memorialize racist members of their own party.
If fact based reporting were done by the media, they would hold themselves accountable, retract their misinformation, and applauded Louie Gohmert for holding Democrats for their past behavior, and call them out for the hypocrisy of their current behavior:
But our mainstream media is not doing that, and instead seeks out groups and organizations that they can exploit to further divide America.
Is this why the mainstream media cited the popular–or nickname–name given to an act? Did they really expect an article like this wouldn’t pop up to educate you about their tactics? If you go back and look at the language of that act, that language is written for the President of the United States.
We aren’t lawyers, but from a layman’s standpoint, this civil lawsuit by the NAACP appears to be frivolous and without foundation.
Is the NAACP lawsuit a designer lawsuit? A lawsuit created for the purpose of media attention to fuel conspiracy and remind people not to forget to hate President Trump? You decide!
The lawsuit certainly fuels conspiracy. With us now educated about the law itself, it makes us ask the the question… Is Joe Biden looking to declare Martial Law in Texas to impose heavy penalties against Proud Boys and Oath Keepers?
As NPR’s article points out, Texas has militia groups for the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers, but they also have the Three Percenters & Texas Freedom Force.
When NPR was writing their article, they felt compelled to lump these private militia groups in with “other self-described Nazis and white supremacists were among the mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol building“. But do these militia groups deserve to be lumped in with Nazis and white supremacists? Or is this just the fake news mainstream media slandering these groups to make you feel a certain way about them?
Given the information we’ve provided you with, it’s unlikely that a well educated population would be on board with Joe Biden declaring Martial Law to take out these groups, because from the looks of it, the media might just be giving them a bad name for the purpose of capitalizing on the division their reporting creates.
That being said, and according to Newsmax, Joe Biden is ready to declare a major DISASTER in Texas due to inclement weather knocking out power and breaking water mains across the entire State.
There truly is a natural disaster facing Texas, and it’s unlikely that the US intelligence community would allow or act upon the Biden Administration’s call to declare Martial Law.
If you rely on mainstream media sources to understand things, things such as Marshal Law, you might be inclined to believe that a curfew isn’t going to change things, things such an election for example. In an article about President Trump possibly declaring Marshal Law, The Washington Post wrote, “What is a curfew in December going to do to change an election in November?
Then we have Marco Rubio who once said, during an interview with TMZ, Curfews are different than Marshall Law (mind you the subject of the discussion is COVID):

So the bottom line with mainstream media is… Can you solely rely upon the mainstream media as a source of information in which to form an educated opinion for your views? Can you get the whole truth from the news you’re consuming, or should you do the kind of research we’ve done in this article with every story they publish? Is the mainstream media just misinforming the public to further divide America and insure that their pockets continue to be lined by the chaos they sew? You decide!

Okay, perhaps that was just a Freudian slip right? Has the mainstream media overtime has established a pattern or reputation for themselves? President Trump is more so out of the spotlight than ever. You would think the media and those who didn’t care for the guy could just appreciate that he’s out of office right? He’s been banned on all the major social media platforms! What more could they want?
President Donald J. Trump is NOT a defendant, and he has NOT been charged with a crime, YET the media continues to implicate President Trump as liable for the criminal act of insurrection, even though the mainstream media ABSOLUTELY knows that the Federal Bureau of Investigations stated the following on January 12, 2021:
“In the weeks leading up to the January 6 rally, the FBI worked internally with every FBI field office to ensure they were looking for any intelligence they may have developed about potential violence during the rally on January 6. We developed some intelligence that a number of individuals were planning to travel to the D.C. area with intentions to cause violence.”
Should the mainstream media not respect the basic sacred principles that ALL AMERICANS are presumed innocent when they are covering legal matters? We have equal justice under the law right? So why would our mainstream media not extend the basic principles of presumed innocence to everyone they cover? Especially those who represent us! Is the mainstream media opinion editorializing and framing a narrative? Is the mainstream media reporting all of the information needed for you to be able to use your own discernment? If they aren’t… Is the media encouraging you to do your own independent research, while informing you that they cannot possibly provide you with everything required to make an informed opinion? BREATHE!
Per Cornell Law School, “One of the most sacred principles in the American criminal justice system, holding that a defendant is innocent until proven guilty. In other words, the prosecution must prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, each essential element of the crime charged.”
So if the NAACP is indeed truly suing President Trump, should the mainstream media not in this and future cases against all future individuals facing litigation be required to speak in a manner that doesn’t presume guilt? Is this not why television shows like Live PD have disclaimers like this:
