Subscription information on this website will only be made available to law enforcement if a warrant or court order is provided. Prohibited use of information on this website includes, but is not limited to, the usage of information on this website by social media networks and any non-profits, corporations, LLCs, DBAs, or sole proprietorships. For social media networks, this website and any premium subscription based information found on it may not be used to censor or ban others. No business, organization, or group for any reason is permitted to use information on this website for the basis of hiring, not hiring, promoting, not promoting or using information found here for contract initiation, negotiation, or termination.
The website and its names “Deep State Media Watch”, “DeepStateMW”, “DSMW”, & “deepstatemediawatch.com”, as well as any similar names or derivatives of the name(s) remain to be the property of the respective anonymous private owner of the aforementioned name(s); the private owner’s identity is only available to the domain registrar whom has the name of the owner on file, but whom the private owner has paid to not make the name public. The private owner’s name may also be on file with the hosting provider, and if so only in the form of the name of the card holder used to pay for hosting service. DSMW shall be used throughout and in lieu of the longer forms or uses of the names in which all uses are equivalent to one another on the website and or in other places (online or offline) where the name(s) may appear. Any use of the name(s), logo(s), trademark(s) or replication of any services offered are an unauthorized infringement and violation of copyright and trademark ownership.
In regards to DSMW and the private owner’s claim to Copyright, the copyright.gov website makes it clear that Copyright protections as they pertains to Copyright law in general do not require registration, stating, “…in general, registration is voluntary. Copyright exists from the moment the work is created.” As such DSMW and its private owner, at this time, are opting out of registering the copyright with the state or federal government. As stated, the Copyright of the name(s) and all written material(s) on the DSMW website, unless otherwise cited from or clearly indicated to be written by another author, remain to be be under the ownership, control, and authority of DSMW as allowed by Copyright law. Use of any published material is subject to Copyright and requires express permission from DSMW or the respective content creator, social media influencer, or DSMW contributor/author. All rights reserved.
In regards to trademark law or trade names, the federal government defers to the States. The logo(s), graphic(s), and artwork(s) that reference the various names by which DSMW goes all remain owned by DSMW and all rights are reserved by the private owner. All trademark or trade names are protected by trademark under common law per Oregon ORS:
“647.115 Effect of chapter on marks or trade names acquired at common law; effect of civil remedies on criminal statutes; intent and construction of chapter. (1) The provisions of this chapter do not adversely affect the rights or the enforcement of rights in marks or trade names acquired in good faith at any time at common law. (2) The enumeration of a right or remedy in this chapter does not affect the right of a registrant to prosecute under a penal law of this state. (3) The intent of this chapter is to provide for a system of trademark registration and protection substantially consistent with the system of trademark registration and protection set forth in 15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq. Construction given the provisions set forth in 15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq. constitutes persuasive authority for interpreting and construing this chapter. DSMW has created and is actively updating a social media influencer directory. This directory is being created via the real time use of social media by official volunteer DSMW talent scouts. Official DSMW talent scout’s reach out either by commenting or directly messaging the influencer on one of many possible social media platforms
Talent scouts under Oregon law are not required to be registered, therefore official DSMW talent scouts reserve the right to keep their identity anonymous. All official DSMW talent scouts have their own @deepstatemediawatch.com email, and are required to provide it to you upon request. All official DSMW talent scouts who contact a social media influencer are required to either email or be emailed by the social media influencer as a means to establish themselves as an authorized official DSMW talent scout.
If you are contacted by a party identifying as an official DSMW talent scout, and they refuse to email you, or they proclaim to not be receiving your email, please email contactus@deepstatemediawatch.com.
DSMW is not responsible for the action, consequences, or losses (in any form) of those who do not take due diligence to verify that the contacting party is in fact, or not in fact an official DSMW talent scout.
DSMW is not responsible for or to any party for their actions, the consequences that result from their actions, or any losses that may incur because of their actions.
As a matter of DSMW policy, and due to the overbearing tyrannical privacy laws of countries outside of the United States, which make the cost of managing user data very expensive to those in the United States. Those featured in the influencer directory are assumed to sole citizens of the United States of America and no other country.
Those featured in the DSMW influencer directory must appear to clearly be at least 18 years of age or older, but absolutely appear not to be any less than 15 years of age. That being said, the official DSMW talent scouts evaluate the social media bio or profile, as well as other content published by the influencer as a means to determine whether or not the influencer is located in the United States, and of appropriate age as established in this policy and in accordance with law.
It is up to all contacted influencers to read these terms of use (in its entirety), and to contact the influencer or the DSMW website to make any changes, and this includes but is not limited to a request to be removed from the website and or the directory. Requests to make changes may require consideration depending on the request, while all requests to be removed from the DSMW influencer directory will absolutely be obliged. Requests may take 5 to 10 business days to take effect.
While some embedded content may otherwise be marketed towards those under the age or 13, the intended audience of the DSMW website and the influencer directory, in accordance with COPPA are those 13 years of age or older. Those under 13 years of age may only use the DSMW website with parental permission. All users of the DSMW website are presumed to be 13 years of age or older.
Official DSMW talent scouts will either directly message or comment on social media posts to inform the influencer that they are being added to the DSMW influencer directory. The process of adding an influencer to the DSMW influencer directory is a completely manual process, aside from the decision by the official DSMW talent scout to add the influencer to the DSMW influencer directory.
The usage of bots and or data scrapers is strictly prohibited by DSMW. DSMW and our official DSMW talent scouts are completely forbidden and prohibited from using any bots or data scrapers. In no way is DSMW or our official DSMW talent scouts “collecting information in an automated way.”
Furthermore, logins are not asked for or required for the public to access information that was found publicly on social media. A login would only be required if the influencer provided exclusive information directly to DSMW or exclusively to the official DSMW talent scout. The credentials for logging in for a subscription makes use of services included with and built by WordPress. DSMW is in no way charging subscribers for access to content being fed from the servers of social media networks. Any and all content from social networks embedded on DSMW is public with no login access required.
All influencers are discovered through natural use of public social media and the features made available by the public social media platform. With social media being a public forum, all content, and content made by content creating social media influencers on their social media accounts, have made themselves and their content a matter of public (non-private) record. As mentioned previously, official DSMW talent scouts make influencers aware that they are being added via a comment on their post or direct message to their social media profile, and this communication with the influencer is documented as a matter of public record while also providing a free public service to influencers added to the directory.
